Catch a Show at the Arkley Center for Performing Arts in Eureka

One of the few surviving vaudeville and silent movie houses in California, the Loews returned to service in February following a hiatus of more than 30 years. Thanks to a multimillion-dollar historic renovation, the show goes on in this Spanish Colonial Revival landmark, built in 1920. Musical acts, live theater, and cinematic works are announced on the new marquee, built from photos of the original. Now known as the Arkley Center for the Performing Arts , it still houses the class of the past in downtown Eureka.
